At Nyin House, we strive to ensure your handcrafted tea ware arrives safely and efficiently. This shipping policy outlines our delivery details, timelines, and terms for all orders, with a focus on our valued customers. Free shipping is available for all orders, with no minimum order requirement.

1. Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to most EU countries directly from China. 

2. Shipping Partner & Tracking

 

We partner with YunExpress — a leading cross-border logistics provider and Shopify Recommended Shipping Partner since 2019. All orders include full tracked shipping, and you can track your parcel in two ways:

 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
  • Copy your tracking number and enter it on our order tracking page: https://nyinhouse.com/a/trackorder

Please note: After arriving at the destination country, YunExpress tracking may experience delays. For the latest local delivery status, please use your last mile tracking number on the local carrier’s official website.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

 

Free shipping is available for all orders, with no minimum order requirement.

4. Delivery Timelines

 

Order processing (preparing your tea ware for shipment) typically takes 1 business day before dispatch. All delivery timelines are calculated in business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance delays) and start from the date your order is shipped (not the order placement date):

 

  • Standard Tracked Shipping (EU): 7–14 business days (delivery time only)
  • Total time from order placement to delivery: 8–15 business days (including 1 business day of order processing)

 

5. Shipping Issues & Support

 

If you encounter any delivery issues (e.g., delayed updates, lost parcel, damaged goods), please contact us immediately. We will liaise directly with YunExpress to resolve the issue and keep you updated in real time.

6. Other Notes

 

  • We use rigid gift boxes and air column packaging to ensure your tea ware is protected during transit.
  • Shipping times may vary slightly by country due to local delivery carrier efficiency.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.
